HiI have a problem with the printer.a week ago i printed something and the paper i was printing did not came all the way out from the printer. Only 3/4 of him.so i pulled (with a littlw force) the paper out and every thing got printed so i turned off the printer and went.now, i tried to print something and there is no black on the page.i replaced the black cartridge to a new (genuine) cartridge abd still nothing.i cleaned the ink from the tools menu (all cleaning steps)i aligned the inkheads ans still nothingthe papers come out blankany thing else i can try?thank you.
